Aahana began her Bharatanatyam journey with her first steps in October 2016. She has trained in the Pandanallur bani of Bharatanatyam under the dedicated mentorship of her Guru, Smt. Radhika Dinesh, at Alarippu Dance School

Her Salangai Pooja was performed on March 7, 2020, at the temple in Mountain House, California, under the blessing & guidance of Guru, Smt. Radhika Dinesh, when she received her first pair of salangai, marking her formal initiation into the classical art form

Beyond dance, Aahana has imbibed discipline, grace, and values through her Guru, Smt. Radhika Dinesh  nurturing guidance. We are deeply grateful for the loving encouragement of Smt. Vasanthi Kannan (Radhika's mother), whose constant blessings and specially composed Arangetram song have enriched this sacred milestone
